If personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. The personal data that you provide to us, for example, when placing an order, via a contact form, or by email (such as your name and contact details), will only be processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data. This data will not be passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly consented beforehand. Where we use third-party services to perform and process processing operations, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are complied with.

Personal data that has been communicated to us via our website will only be stored for as long as the purpose for which it was entrusted to us is fulfilled. If commercial and tax retention periods are to be observed, the duration of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.

According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, as well as their correction, blocking, deletion, or revocation of consent given. We would like to point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or to delete personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation to retain it.

You can direct inquiries to or via our contact form.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) can have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies

The websites partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called »session cookies«. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Newsletter Data

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site does not take place.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example, via the »unsubscribe« link in the newsletter.

Contact Options

We offer you the opportunity to contact us via email and/or through a contact form on our website. In this case, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing their inquiry. There is no disclosure to third parties. Furthermore, there is no comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site.

Use of a YouTube Plugin

This website contains at least one plugin from YouTube, owned by Google Inc., headquartered in San Bruno, California, USA. As soon as you start a YouTube video, a connection to the servers of YouTube is established. This informs the YouTube server which specific page of our website you visited. If you are also logged into your YouTube account, you would allow YouTube to directly associate your surfing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this possibility of association by logging out of your account beforehand. Further information on the collection and use of your data by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy information at www.youtube.com.

Use of Web Analytics Service Matomo

We utilize the web analytics service Matomo on our website. Matomo employs cookies for this analysis. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookies, such as the time, location, and frequency of your website visits including your IP address, is transmitted to our PIWIK server and stored there. Your IP address is immediately anonymized during this process, ensuring your anonymity as a user. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will not be disclosed to third parties. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to fully utilize all functions of our website.

If you do not agree to the storage and analysis of this data about your visit, you can object to the storage and use of this data at any time by clicking below. An opt-out cookie will then be stored in your browser, which means that Piwik will no longer collect any data about your visit. Please note that if you delete the cookies in your browser settings, this may result in PIWIK’s opt-out cookie also being deleted and you may have to reactivate it.

Use of Personal Data (CAD2VR App)

This section governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by revis3d GmbH, the developer and operator of the CAD2VR application (»the app«). It explains how we collect, process and store personal data in connection with the use of the app. By using the app, you agree to the practices described.

Use of Personal Data Collection and Storage

We collect and store personal data only in the web backend and not in the app itself. The app only captures the user’s email address. Subsequently, the unique identifier (UID) of the user is used for user identification.

User Account Data
For user accounts, only the email address is mandatory. This data is used in the system as an anonymized string/UID (unique identifier). For online sessions, the user can provide a self-chosen username.

Linguistic Data

Linguistic Communication
For the purpose of communication with other participants, your voice data is securely transmitted when using the app. The app explicitly requests permission to use the headset’s internal microphone. No voice data is stored on the device or our servers.

Speech-to-Text
For speech-to-text conversion, there is no permanent recording, and processing is only done locally. Online services are not used.

VR Motion Data

Motion data is required, to enable a visual representation of the user as an avatar. We use the data provided by the device to transmit it to other participants in the same session. Motion data is only used in real-time and without recording.

User-Generated Virtual Photos

Users can create screenshots during an active session. These are only stored locally.

Active App Usage

During an online session, timestamps enable the correlation of all user UIDs and self-chosen usernames interacting in the same session. No further sensitive personal data is collected or recorded by us.

Revocation / Deletion / Request

Revocation of Consent to Data Processing
You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time. Please send us an informal email to . Please note that revoking consent will make it impossible to use our application, and we will consequently delete your user account data.

Removal and Deletion of Personal Data
To remove or delete your user account data, please send us an informal email to . Deletion is final and recovery or retrieval of personal data is not possible.

Request for Existing Personal Data
You can request the personal data collected. Please send us an informal email to . We will provide you with the personal data we have collected. Please be aware that we may need additional verification to ensure the security and privacy of your personal data.

Device Information

Collection of Device Information and Usage Data
We collect information about the device you use to access our services automatically. This includes the device UID and the version of the application in use. Additionally, we track the tools and features you interact with within the app. This data is necessary for generating error logs, which help us identify and resolve technical issues and enhance our service. We collect device data solely for internal purposes to ensure the proper functioning of our services and to improve user experience. We handle this information with the highest confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
